We all have 2 voices in us, our ego and our Higher-Self. The ego voice is the loud one always grabbing our attention bringing up our fears and doubts causing us suffering, whereas our Higher-Self is very subtle speaking in the background to us all-knowing what's best for us. Unfortunately most of the times we listen to the loud voice - the ego - constantly distracting us from our true path - trusting and being our Highest-Self.

MISSION
I believe in healing from within with Higher-Self Embodiment therapy. The use of integrated life-coaching, various healing modalities with ancient practices and cannabis if desired, known as sacred plant medicine, awakens the power within us, Our Higher-Self, so we grow with and master any life changes and challenges we are facing, leading us to pure bliss and harmony within.
Meditation in Motion believes in healing from within with Higher-Self Embodiment Therapy, combining a variety of meditation techniques and self-healing practices to improve and strengthen your emotional and mental awareness, as well as your physical health through chakra cleansing and understanding of our Higher-Self and how we can balance and understand the teachings of the
8 elements essential for our existence.
The focus is on getting to know your Higher-Self, listen to it and connecting our energy centers with it - our seven chakras. Our Higher-Self is our most powerful tool we have to create anything we desire in life - the very subtle voice in OUR MIND !

Our body is very similar to a car - we fuel it with food to keep it going, but if we neglect the maintenance of all other parts our body vehicle brakes down. Our body vehicle is getting us through day-to-day life. It is incredibly strong and resilient taking lifelong abuse from us.

For you to be your best self, health and balance on all levels is essential. The whole you consists of spirit, mind and body working together simultaneously. If there is a disconnect between any of these levels we are stuck in life.
Meditation in Motion is based on the principle "Everything is Energy" and so are we human beings.
Energy needs to flow, move, be in motion to exist. If the flow of any energy is stopped it would create a blockage and eventually fade. The same applies to our human being - our mind and body. If our energy flow is slowed down or blocked, we slow down or sometimes even break down. That can happen on different levels of our being - spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
The alignment of our seven chakras and a balance of the 8 elements is necessary for us to stay in the flow - the Flow of Life - to keep moving and to stay fluid to the the tides of life.
