This means: “everyone is welcome in peace” in the Balinese language, and represents the
open-hearted welcome I offer to all who would experience Meditation in Motion!
In 2004 Linda faced some life changes and took a big step as she emigrated from Austria, bringing with her a diverse background in business management, broadcasting and journalism, education, and communication; and extensive training in anatomy and physiology, nutrition consultation and fitness training...along with a lifetime investment in meditation and yoga. However, upon arriving in Arizona Linda discovered a deep spiritual connection with the beauty and simplicity of Arizona's landscapes, a desire to deepen her understanding of the connections between spirit, mind and body; and her interest in meditation, yoga and Mother Nature quickly became a passionate lifestyle.
Linda is an internationally-certified meditation coach and mindfulness teacher as well as an internationally-certified and accredited integrative life-coach with the School of Positive Transformation. In addition, she is a certified cannabis-assisted psychedelic guide with the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness.
Years of self-education and self-coaching through reading hundreds of books and being part of numerous self-improvement trainings, courses and seminar/webinars, Linda acquired a wide range of knowledge she would love to share with you. Not only is she well read in the material of the human body, mind and spirit, Linda also relates through personal experience of an abusive childhood, eating disorders, emotional trauma, depression and more.
Linda's unique blend of practice allows her to personalize your experience to all needs for deeper healing and connecting spirit, mind and body. She offers all of her practices and healing modalities individually and as a combination ranging from 30-minute to 90-minute experiences. Any of her practices can be requested as cannabis-assisted.
As a psychedelic guide, Linda uses a special blend of cannabis to help with fears, anxiety, trauma, PTSD and other stresses and addictions of the human body. She offers one-on-one guided journeys, as well as, guided group experiences that require more time and preparation than just a single 30-90 minute experience.
In 2019 Linda had the privilege of spending three months in Bali as a self-guided yoga and spirituality retreat. "I soaked in the amazing, peaceful beauty of the place; submerged myself in its culture, and deepened my practices with such passion and dedication that I experienced a transformation spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically."
Upon her return, she faced the challenges and changes that the coronavirus pandemic brought upon all of us. Rather than be consumed by the negativity, fear and anxiety of these events, Linda chose instead the path of surrender, empowerment, love, trust, and the guidance of light, as well as the choice to share her experiences with others through Meditation in Motion.
