What is Meditation and what does it do?
Meditation is defined by Shapiro as: “Meditation refers to a family of techniques which have in common a conscious attempt to focus attention in a non-analytical way and an attempt not to dwell on this discursive, ruminating thoughts.”
Similar to sound healing, meditation reduces beta waves in our brain that dominate aroused conscious thoughts, and simultaneously increase theta waves that introduce deep relaxation and increased awareness of inner-self.
Scientific research shows that without a doubt, meditation is highly beneficial for us when practiced regularly.

What is Sound Healing and what does it do?
Sound healing works on the principle that everything is vibration.
All matter, broken down to its molecular structure, is described as a state of vibration of physical matter; therefore, the difference between water and a piece of wood is the vibrational pattern it performs.
All vibration is also energy and so is the human body and everything inside the human body, such as our emotions and thoughts. So our emotions and thoughts are energy with different vibrations. A negative thought has a different vibration compared to a positive thought, and the same applies to our emotions. Sadness vibrates on a different frequency than happiness.
The singing crystal bowls and pyramid are made of the finest and most pristine quartz crystals, and as sound is vibration, they produce sounds that resonate with the human body's vibrations in the most healing way.
The cells of the human body have a natural geometrical relationship to the structure of the quartz crystal. Because we are made up of crystalline structures, including our DNA, blood, bones, and the crystal-colloidal liquid of the brain; we align with the quartz crystal structure.
The vibrational resonance of all kinds of healing sound instruments on the body, and moreover the brain, allow consciousness to travel into an altered state of awareness. Whether it is endorphins or other hormones that are released, it has been established that neuro-chemicals can empower the will to overcome limitations, reduce pain, and develop creativity. What is Restorative Yoga?
Yoga in general is a form of meditation. Restorative yoga goes back to the ancient practices of yoga - being in stillness. It is a practice of long held poses (asanas) with the support of props, such as yoga blocks, bolsters, blankets, or pillows allowing your body to open and fully relax in one posture. It is all about slowing down, releasing negative energy and toxins from your body. This practice allows you to deeply relax and stretch your muscles in a passive way while your body is supported with the aid of props.
Restorative yoga stimulates our parasympathetic nervous system which is responsible to slow the breath and the heart rate and to supply vital organs with more oxygen through an increased blood flow.
When you practice restorative yoga combined with deep breathing techniques you allow your body to let go of any stress-related symptoms, such as muscle tension, headaches, stomach aches, insomnia, loss of appetite and other ailments in your body.

What is Breath Work?
Breath work is a form of active meditation utilizing breathing techniques; as opposed to simply taking deep breaths, practicing breath work meditation is active breathing and utilization of breath as a tool for self-healing.
What is Prana?
Many are under the miss-conception that prana is simply the air we breathe, but prana also known as chi is life force - without this life force there cannot be life. Prana is a vital living energy that vibrates in all things and beings. It is our energy current flowing through our body and when it is blocked or deficient, disease and illness are certain; therefore, it is essential for us and our body vehicle to ensure proper flow of prana/life force energy!
How can we maintain this energy flow to move freely through our being and avoid disease? The regular practice of pranayama! Once you acquire these techniques you can give yourself what you need and whenever you need it.
